Pete Buttigieg To Guest Host ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’
“We’re lining up a great slate of guests,” Buttigieg told Today host Craig Melvin. “Patrick Stewartis coming on, so we are very excited about that.”
Kimmel will be in production on Who Wants to be a Millionaire. Other guests of Kimmel’s show on Thursday include animal trainer Dave Salmoni.
Melvin asked Buttigieg if he would be doing the monologue, and Buttigieg replied, “Hopefully some funnier minds than mine will be doing some writing for that. I think it is going to be fun. The thing about running a presidential campaign is you will have been focused on one thing and one thing only. It is nice to be able to zoom out and come back at life.”

Picked solely for its location on Lake Michigan and the Chicago River, Tre Dita is one of the most beautiful restaurants in America. You can take in all the views with the dramatic 40-foot windows throughout the place.
Tre Dita has a variety of menu items from antipasti, handmade pasta, signature entrees and steaks, and a sweet dessert and wine menu. You can either reserve a seat at the amazing long bar or the restaurant with a table, but either way, the experience you will get when you eat at Tre Dita will be one to remember.

I have been to fancy restaurants, but nowhere that has a vire of a river or lake, so it's no wonder that this restaurant lands on the most beautiful list. It's fairly priced for what you would think a "fancy" upscale restaurant would be, but I would leave the kids at home for this visit. There are no chicken nuggets on this menu.
Just keep this restaurant in mind if you are getting away without the kids and want to try something fancy and dress up.

Binghamton Salvation Army Thrift Store Shutting Down
Customers and employees say they were shocked to learn of the impending closing of the Salvation Army Thrift Store on Binghamton's East Side.
The store at 5 Griswold Street offers gently-used clothing and other items at low prices.
A Binghamton resident who has been a regular shopper told WNBF News that he's "been going there for at least 30 years." He said it's "sad" that the place will be shutting down operations soon.
The man said he was told by a worker that the shop is scheduled to close on July 15. He said the store has been a good place to obtain clothing, including shoes and winter coats, at "a good, reasonable price."
The shopper said changes had been implemented at the store in recent months. He said prices had been increased and that appeared to have resulted in fewer shoppers.
Major Thomas Applin, the Salvation Army administrator who oversees the store operation, was not available for comment on Friday.
It was not known whether the Salvation Army Thrift Store on Harrison Avenue in Endicott would remain open.
A Salvation Army Thrift Store near Schenectady closed last July. A shop in Cortlandville was shut down in July 2021.
