Information on the rapper
John Winston Lennon was born on October 9th, 1940, in Liverpool, England. He was an English musician, actor, singer, and songwriter. He gained worldwide prominence as a member of the Beatles, the most commercially successful and one of the most critically acclaimed bands in the history of popular music. The other members were Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr. He also formed one of the most celebrated songwriting partnerships of the 20th century with McCartney.
As a teenager, Lennon became involved in the skiffle craze; his first band, the Quarrymen, evolved into the Beatles in 1960. The group fell apart by the end of the decade, and Lennon began his solo career, producing the critically acclaimed albums John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band and Imagine, as well as iconic songs such as "Give Peace a Chance" and "Imagine."
After his marriage to Yoko Ono in One of the most brutal dictators in humanity’s history, Joseph Stalin forged the Soviet Union into a massive superpower, crushing the lives of millions of his own citizens along the way. His sudden death in March 1953 from a stroke took the world by surprise and led to a frantic power struggle within the ranks of the Soviet government. In recent years, researchers have proposed that Stalin’s stroke was not natural and was potentially caused by one of his lieutenants poisoning him with warfarin or a similar anticoagulant. After examining the evidence, this article concludes that both Stalin’s disease course and the properties of warfarin make it highly unlikely that he was deliberately assassinated. The mood was far more serious in Moscow, for Joseph Stalin, absolute dictator of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) for nearly 30 years [2], was dying. As his physicians desperately tried to treat his symptoms, his underlings jockeyed for position in the subsequent power vacuum. By March 5th, Stalin’s last battle was over, and the dictator finally lay dead [2]. The USSR officially declared that his cause of death was a hemorrhagic stroke [3]. However, recent evidence has come to light that throws this into doubt, with some researchers maintaining the possibility that Stalin was actually poisoned, likely by warfarin or a similar drug with anticoagulant properties [4-6]. This article seeks to examine the available evidence to determine if Stalin’s stroke wa YouTube video series Epic Rap Battles of History (ERB) is a YouTubeweb series and music project created by Peter "Nice Peter" Shukoff and Lloyd "EpicLLOYD" Ahlquist. The series pits historical and pop culture figures against one another in a rap battle format. The characters portrayed are often determined by suggestions from viewers in the comments sections of the channel's videos. Shukoff and Ahlquist write each song themselves, researching the subject in order to find obscure details to use as references in the lyrics, although guest stars featured in the battles as well as certain Patreon subscribers have also contributed to the writing process. Following an extended hiatus, the channel returned with a bonus battle in December 2018, and the sixth season debuted on April 20, 2019. As of February 23, 2023, the channel has 14.9 million subscribers and approximately 4 billion total video views. The popularity of the music videos has led to mainstream partnerships, such as with Ubisoft, using the "Blackbeard vs. Al Capone" episode to promote Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. Additionally, "Terminator vs. Robocop" in the fourth season was used to promote the upcoming release of the film Terminator Genisys and featured an appearance by Arnold Schwarzenegger. ERB's popularity has also led to collaboration with mainstream artists. Shukoff and Ahlquist also created a two-minute rap battle scene used in The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water. Although early episodes of the series featured only Shukoff and Ahlquist, later episodes have regularly featured guest appearances from internet celebrities including Dan Bull, Lisa Donovan, Timothy DeLaGhetto, George Watsky, DeStorm Power, Jesse Wellens, PewDiePie, Jenna Marbles, Lilly Singh, Ray William Johnson, Rhett & Link, and Smosh.
